Main Accountabilities

With training provide first level hardware technical support to regional RoqScan™ owners.

With training provide software and data interpretation support to regional RoqScan™ owners, focused on:

Geologicallyinterpretation of RoqScan™ data.

FormationEvaluation interpretation of RoqScan™ data.

CompletionOptimization interpretation from RoqScan™ data.

Generation of marketing material for the RoqScan™ equipment.

Actively pursue new clients for the sale of RoqScan™ equipment.

Maintain contact and relationship with current owners of RoqScan™ equipment.

Contacting current and new clients and arrange meetings with clients.

Be willing and able to travel throughout China, as required, to attend and participate in client meetings.

Be willing and able to travel to remote locations as required.

Provide regular reports to the Robertson China Representative and Regional Technical Manager on sales and support activities.

Assist the Regional Technical Manager during their visits to the region.

Assist with other sales and marketing events as required by the Robertson China Representative or Regional Technical Manager.

knowledgeand experience required for the job

It is essential the candidate is IT literate on Microsoft office. They need to be highly organized and be able prioritize work load. Experience within the oil and gas industry or previous in-house experience is highly desirable. Background in use and maintenance of analytical laboratory equipment, or electronic systems would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will need to have finished a degree in a Geoscience field, i.e. Petroleum Geology or Reservoir Engineering, and ideally have experience working in a Geoscience consultancy environment. They will need to have analytical and problem solving skills, be able to communicate clearly with people on all levels and work well within the team.

Sales Assistant:


1.Tender Management, ProposalPreparation:

· Preparation of bids in collaboration with other team member, bid sending andfollow-up: automated creation and follow up of the bid through the concerneddepartments and services;

· Delivery of the tender;

· Synthesis of documents to be included intender in relation with operations and other concerned departments (Technique,Finances, Legal, HSE…)

· Follow up of the customer’s answer andfiling

· Managing the bid database

· Periodic archiving and close-down of successful andun-successful bids and tenders

· Assist in keeping bidding materials up to date(technical docs, financial docs, CV’s, etc.)

2. Contract Management

- Follow up finalization of contract

- Follow up of bidbonds and bank guarantees

3. Marketand Sale task

- General Administrative support:visa application, Letter of Invitation, flight booking, transfer booking, hotelreservation, office arrangements, car booking/rental, etc.

- Assistingto prepare all kinds of salematerailas/files, documents, forms, flyers and presentations, including the necessarytranslations between English and Chinese language.

- Assisting business activities/meetings/negotiations

- Assist in reporting marketing intelligence

- Otherbusiness related tasks.

4. Some administrative tasks associated with the functioning of the teamand their activities.

Working with and helping to implement new tools and workingpractices that may be necessary for the business

MsC or equivalent

at least 3 years’ work experences of sale assistance

Proficient in written and spoken English

Experience with tenders and proposal processes.

Experience in contract management and basic view and modification.

Strong sense of providing service for the team

Well versed with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)

Basic knowledge of oil industry is a plus
